Our Policies

Late Policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment is subject to rescheduling.

If your service is 15 minutes or less and you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment is subject to rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 25% for cancellations not made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged to the card on file. This includes rebooking within 24 hours.

No-Show Policy

A fee of 50% of your service for no-shows  will be charged to the card on file.

A no-show with a gift certificate or Groupon is considered redeemed.
